I've always been fascinated by people's stories. With an MA in social psychology, I gained a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research, helping me understand human behavior and motivation. This allows me to design products with empathy and user focus.

As I navigated my way through the tech industry, I found myself longing to connect more directly with users and create design products that address their real needs.
What drives me ❤️🔥
I love to uncover the stories behind the people who use products—whether it’s witnessing a multi-tasking support agent in a call center, a plumber balancing physical strain and customer expectations on the job, or the challenges of a family-owned business. It may feel like a small drop in the ocean, but being able to make their lives a little easier through meaningful product experiences is the best reward for me.
