Workiz Copilot is an AI-powered assistant built directly into the Workiz CRM to help service business owners and office managers instantly retrieve customer insights, job details, and business data through natural language prompts.
Instead of navigating multiple tabs, filters, and reports, users can simply ask questions.
The product is currently in Beta, being tested with selected Workiz ambassadors before full rollout.
The challenge wasn’t just “finding data faster.” Our users don’t think in dashboards, filters, or structured queries.
They think in simple questions: “Does this client owe me money?”, “When was the last time we went there?”, “Who’s not scheduled today?”, “What jobs are still open?”
